Service Description

At Social Supports SA, we provide structured, relationship-based support to help participants access and maintain employment. This may include building routines, strengthening workplace confidence, improving communication skills, and developing practical strategies to manage stress, change, and daily responsibilities. Support is individualised and paced to suit the participant’s capacity, goals, and mental health needs. We focus on sustainable progress — not pressure — and work alongside you to build real-life skills that transfer into employment and everyday independence. Examples of support may include: Confidence building and motivation coaching Routines, planning, and time management Attending appointments (DES providers, interviews, Centrelink, training) Workplace communication and interpersonal skills Stress management, emotional regulation, and debriefing Community access to support work readiness Session duration and support intensity are tailored to individual needs, goals and safety considerations.
