We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits

to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance.

Minimum Booking Policy

Our Approach to Session Length

​

To ensure meaningful, safe, and consistent support, Social Supports SA operates with a two-hour minimum booking for most support sessions.

This allows adequate time for:

​

  • Relationship-based support

  • Community participation or skill-building activities

  • Travel, transitions, and accessibility needs

  • Safe, unhurried support delivery

Shorter sessions can limit the quality and effectiveness of support and may increase disruption for participants.

Cancellations & Changes

​

Cancellations and changes are managed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and our service agreement.

Where a session is shortened on the day, the minimum booking time may still apply
