We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance.

Social Supports SA​
Charges in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (2024–25).
This means our prices match the NDIS maximum rates and are updated whenever the NDIS updates the price guide.

No out-of-pocket fees for NDIS participants (unless chosen)​​
There are no out-of-pocket costs for NDIS participants unless you request additional non-funded services.

Session lengths are flexible, and travel is charged in line with NDIS guidelines.​​​​​​.​
Minimum Booking Policy

Our Approach to Session Length
​
To ensure meaningful, safe, and consistent support, Social Supports SA operates with a two-hour minimum booking for most support sessions.
This allows adequate time for:

Relationship-based support

Community participation or skill-building activities

Travel, transitions, and accessibility needs

Safe, unhurried support delivery
Shorter sessions can limit the quality and effectiveness of support and may increase disruption for participants.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations and changes are managed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and our service agreement.

Where a session is shortened on the day, the minimum booking time may still apply
